Relocation Properties

 

Are you considering down sizing to a smaller property or to a retirement property?

 

We can assist with these moves:-

• Assess your new property and where your current furniture could be placed
• Redistribute cherished possessions to family or friends
• Organize sale or storage of unwanted items
• Dispose of any unwanted items to a charity of your choosing
• Attend to any decorating or re-design needs for the new property
• Ensure that any special needs for the new property are catered for
• Ensure premises are cleaned ready for you to move in

We pay great attention to every detail, even down to sorting out the delivery of your current newspaper and magazines.  

How much will it cost? - Fees on application.

Photo Consultations

We do not necessarily have to attend your property to offer advice.

 

We require a comprehensive set of photographs, video or DVD of the room(s) to be assessed from each corner.

 

We will also require accurate dimensions of the room and details of any major pieces of furniture or accessories which you would like to retain, together with a rough plan and an indication of any colour  preferences.

 

How much will it cost? - Fees - £40 per room.
